It is placed in a wonderful wood at few kilometers from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio.
In the surroundings there is the Campo Carlo Magno 9-hole course for golf lovers, the horse-riding centre of Mondifrà, the lifts and the cross-country ski slopes.

In the summer the hikers will have a privileged point to start their trekking in the wonderful mountains around Madonna di Campiglio, or to ride on the horse path near the residence.

In winter, buses will take you to the residence at the start of the slopes in no time. Those who prefer the cross-country ski have just to cross the road to find 15 kilometers of tracks.
